2019
2019 was a phenomenal year for Post 94 baseball. The Seniors team finished with a 22-4-1 record and a Indiana State Tournament 3rd place finish. As with the prior year, Post 94 also sponsored two Juniors teams, and the Juniors Black team finished 4th at the Juniors State Tournament. Similar to the prior year, nearly 40 young men played baseball for Post 94 in 2019.
The Seniors team had multiple highlights – a (recent era) record 22 wins, including sweeping the annual Stevensville Post 568 CNB Memorial Tournament competition, winning the District 2 Regional Tournament, and finishing in 3rd place (behind Terre Haute and Kokomo) at the 2019 Indiana State Tournament held in Rockport. The Seniors team included the following players: Gabriel Arteaga-McNurlin, Connor Brinson, Nick Caputo, Cade Clarkson, Nolan Coil, Bryce Hayman, Mike Jovanovic, Erik Kallen, Connor Krantz, Jeremy Krantz, Riley Shreve, Justin Supergan, Ryan Troxel, Jon Young and Zack Zborowski. Dan Sherman, Tim Young, John Supergan and Wayne Coil comprised the managerial/coaching staff, and Jim Daubenheyer served as official scorekeeper.
Wayne Coil served as team manager for the 2019 Post 94 Juniors Green team. Players included: Gabriel Arteaga-McNurlin, Kyler Branham, Nolan Coil, Erik Kallen, Nick Kopricina, Justin Lee, Matt Levenda, Jacob Massom, Dakota Negroni, Aiden McNeil and Gabe Viloria.
Rob Zborowski and Jerry Janda managed the 2019 Post 94 Juniors Black. Players included: Dylan Cortes, Nate Guzek, Adler Hazlett, Cade Heminger, Kyle Janda, Tommy Landry, Aiden McCormick, Matt Nightingale, Drake Russell, Brendan Tarter and Griffin Zborowski.
